1. Order Processing

 

 

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • During busy periods or launches, processing times may be longer.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

 

 

  • We ship orders via trusted UK and international courier services (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL Express, or other tracked services).

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • All parcels are sent with tracking. A tracking link will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

 

 

 

3. Responsibility After Dispatch

 

 

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, customers must contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

  • We will support where possible but cannot issue refunds or replacements for courier-related delays or losses.

 

 

 

4. Address Accuracy

 

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it.

 

 

 

5. Missed Deliveries and Refused Parcels

 

 

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier.

  • Parcels returned to us due to missed deliveries or refusal will not be refunded. Reshipping will require additional payment.

 

 

 

6. International Orders and Customs

 

 

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We are not liable for customs delays, holds, or fees.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties will not result in a refund once the item has shipped.

 

 

 

7. Damaged Parcels

 

 

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Verified claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

 

 

8. Lost Parcels

 

 

  • A parcel is only considered lost after the courier’s official investigation confirms it as lost.

  • We are not liable for loss or theft after successful delivery confirmation.

  • If an investigation confirms the parcel was lost before delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

 

 

9. Force Majeure

 

 

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather disruptions, strikes, customs delays, courier backlogs, or government restrictions.
