Custom Orders and Candle Bouquets

• Due to their handcrafted and personalised nature, candle bouquets and custom fragrance products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once your order has been processed.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or event cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

• We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
